Job Description:

NTT DATA is seeking a End User Computing Sr. Associate to join their team in Bangalore. This role focuses on providing high-quality desktop and end-user support for internal employees, ensuring smooth functioning of hardware, software, and networking systems.

As part of the End User Computing team, you will be responsible for addressing user tickets, troubleshooting issues, guiding customers step by step, and escalating unresolved problems when required. The role also includes conducting remote troubleshooting, maintaining logs of technical issues, and creating documentation to assist users.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in desktop and laptop support
• Ability to address hardware, software, and networking issues effectively
• Experience walking customers through application and peripheral installation
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions
• Familiarity with conducting remote troubleshooting
• Capability to test alternative solutions until issues are resolved
• Ability to customize desktop applications based on user needs
• Good documentation skills (recording technical issues, preparing manuals)
• Strong communication and customer service mindset
• Team player with willingness to escalate issues when needed
